This team went above and beyond for us! Tanya was amazing! Approve shield was very difficult to work with but they really helped us through the process and were able to get us the house we wanted. Everyone has continued to be super helpful since we moved in.

I toured several homes yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Tanya. She was absolutely fantastic—very upfront, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through everything in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. We started our journey looking for a home a couple of months ago. Although we weren’t exactly sure about the location at first, between my teaching job and my fiancé traveling back and forth out of state for work, it was difficult to view different properties. After searching through dozens, Winder Retreat seemed to be the best fit for us. Tanya has been excellent throughout this experience patient with our indecisiveness, attentive to our needs, and always wonderful with communication. I can’t say enough good things about the support she has provided. Yesterday, we finally had the chance to view the home in person. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the homes are stunning. We did notice that our home didn’t yet have a gate like some of the others. Since our backyard faces the woods, we are hoping this will be installed before move-in, mainly for our toddler’s safety while playing outside. We love the wooded view, but we are also mindful of the risks without a gate. The homes also come standard with Ring doorbells, digital locks, and an alarm system, which we really appreciate. Both the interior and exterior of the home are impressive. This is a great location and an excellent leasing opportunity for anyone not looking to buy in today’s unpredictable market. Most wonderful experience with their leasing department. Leasing agent Tanya has been wonderful with answering any questions my wife and I have. Their maintenance team on site “Scott”,has been very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. All around amazing team with here at Winder Retreat by Quinn Residences.
